No it doesn't? Trans women are women––they should be allowed to complete in women's sports. Same with trans men. To force someone into the closet just so you don't feel bad about them playing a sport is ridiculous.
Furthermore, trans individuals who take testosterone are doing so because they naturally have less testosterone than their cis counterparts––they aren't receiving "more testosterone" than cis male athletes. T shots level the playing field for transmasculine athletes, and regardless of if it's "natural," it's fair.
Working out for 17 hours a day isn't natural, is it? Is drinking 37 glasses of water a day (like Tom Brady) "natural"? If you want to make the erroneous claim that T makes a person "unnatural," then i suggest you look at the ridiculous ways in which athletes prepare & train. A lot of it, while still extremely healthy and helpful for them, are not at all in our nature as human beings.
